Lockheed Martin Network of Volunteer Associates (NOVA)
King of Prussia Chapter

The King of Prussia Chapter of the Lockheed Martin Network of Volunteer Associates (NOVA) is an association of Lockheed Martin employees in the Delaware Valley united by a desire to improve the communities in which they live and work. NOVA also provides social activities for its members and a forum for networking to promote personal and professional development.

Through their hard work and commitment, the 1,000 members of the King of Prussia Chapter donate hundreds of volunteer hours each year in support of 20 community groups and events. All members are also encouraged to submit proposals for new community outreach projects they would like to lead with NOVA support.

Since its inception in the Delaware Valley in the summer of 1993, NOVA has expanded from the East Coast to the West Coast. There are now four NOVA chapters (Arizona, California, King of Prussia and Washington Area) with more than 1,700 volunteers.

NOVA volunteers bring added awareness to their communities' needs, promoting a spirit of involvement and team cooperation. A stronger community enriches employees' lives, which ultimately promotes a top-notch work force and more community visibility for Lockheed Martin.
